What customer information do we collect?
Information you give us.
Resort Properties Internationale collects the information our customers give us when they inquire about properties for sale or rent or if they subscribe to our mailing list, which can include your name, email address, phone number, and mailing address. We also retain conversation history from our email correspondences with our customers, so we can more easily recall previous conversations and pick up where we left off in all correspondence. At Resort Properties Internationale, we know your privacy is important to you, and we never request more information from you than is needed to help you purchase, sell, or rent a property.
Why and how do we collect customer information?
We collect customer information to respond to your requests, including purchases, customer service emails and phone calls to provide you information for a better customer experience. We collect customer information from our online webforms (Email sign-up buttons and Constant Contact email subscription management)
How do we use customer information?
We use data collected from our customers to send periodic informational emails before and after purchases.
We also occasionally use customers’ mailing addresses to send promotional mailers and newsletters. If you do not wish to receive mail, you can opt out of our mailing list by updating your Constant Contact subscription, emailing us, or calling us directly.
Do we share customer information?
We do not share our customers’ personal information with companies, organizations or individuals outside of our own marketing unless we refer your inquiry to a third-party real estate company/broker for a rental inquiry or property located outside of our coverage area.
For legal reasons. We will only share your contact information with companies, organizations or individuals outside of Resort Properties Internationale LLC if we have a good-faith belief that access, use, preservation or disclosure of the information is reasonably necessary to:
• meet any applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request.
• enforce applicable Terms of Service, including investigation of potential violations.
• detect, prevent or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues.
• protect against harm to the rights, property or safety of Resort Properties Internationale LLC, our users or the public as required or permitted by law.
What rights do customers have regarding their information?
At any time, you can choose to have any of the personal information you have provided us in the past deleted without needing a specific reason. This is known as the “right to be forgotten” and to do so, please contact us at email@example.com. We will remove your email address and contact info from the Constant Contact subscription system. We cannot purge your prior email correspondences with us for Florida Real Estate Law Compliance reasons.
You also have the right to know what personal information we have stored and how it is processed and to receive a copy of your data in a structured, machine-readable format. You have the right to rectify this information if it is inaccurate or incomplete, as well as the right to block or suppress the processing of your personal data. You have the right to retain and reuse your personal data for your own purposes. For any questions regarding your personal information, please contact us at the email address listed above. Finally, you have the right to object to your data being used. For example, this means opting out of direct marketing campaigns such as unsubscribing from email lists. To do so, simply click the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any Resort Properties Internationale LLC email newsletter. However, you will still receive email responses anytime you email us directly for information or inquire for a vacation rental.
Will you share my emails and letters?
We welcome your emails and letters. We will not share any email correspondence with a third-party real estate company/broker unless it is referred to them for you to get the best and most complete information and assistance.
How do I opt out of emails?
If you no longer wish to receive emails from Resort Properties Internationale LLC , you can give us a call or unsubscribe via Constant Contact. On the website, you can enter your email address into any email sign-up field and adjust your email preferences or unsubscribe entirely. If you unsubscribe from all emails, you will no longer receive our informative property information.
Are children allowed to browse our websites?
Children’s privacy is important to Resort Properties Internationale LLC. If you are under 18, you may use Resort Properties Internationale LLC with the consent and involvement of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without the consent of the child’s parent or guardian.
What choices do customers have regarding their information?
As stated above, you can choose not to provide information or to ask for information to be purged (with the exception of email correspondences between clients/customers and realtor(s) that pertain to transactions and have compliance indications for any given conversation.

These are third-party codes that enable us to gather data about how visitors use the site. We use trusted third-party platforms Google Analytics and Facebook to help us understand how you use our site and ways that we can improve your experience. These pixels or tracking codes may track things such as how much time you spend on the site and the pages that you visit so we can continue to offer you the products and services that interest you the most. We also use social media buttons and/or plug-ins on this site that allow you to connect with your social networks.
