North Captiva Grocery Options:

The Island Market located at the North Captiva Island Club provides convenient last minute groceries only. A petite selection of wine, and chilled beer. DVD/VHS movie rentals. Thursday Nights are Pizza Nights and you can check in there for your loaded pizza & free movie combo (free popcorn too). Order while you're down at the pool and pick it up at your choice of times that evening.

You really should plan out what you will bring for grocery to the island an pick most items up on your way to the Boat.

Curiosity Shop & Grocery Store above Barnacle Phils provides “I forgot” type groceries as well as t-shirts.

Mainland Connection will deliver groceries to the house and placed in the refrigerator. For this service call (239) 283-6311. Their rate is 40% of the order, with a $50 minimum order. Call Connie for the fax # and she'll arrange to get the items on your list into the house for you. Really worth it if you are travelling with a big crowd... We'll give you some more grocery tips below.

Last Minute Needs and Pharmacy

Faxing an order into Publix part way during your island vacation is a very usual thing.

Publix - At the intersection of Hancock bridge Parkway (239) 458-8900. They require 48 hours notice and will provide your order with a $10 fee. Please fax your order to (239) 458-7827.

Pine Island Pharmacy- can fill your perscriptions should one be lost or for emergency needs. Plan ahead and take a full perscription with you before you depart for convenience.
